  • Maintenance and Replacement Responsibility: The business bears full responsibility for upkeep, breakdowns, and eventual replacement of batteries, inverters, and panels. Thus, they must have the support in place if anything goes wrong. 
  • No Opportunity to Export Power: Surplus energy cannot be sold to the grid, removing a potential revenue stream.
  • Scalability Issues: Expanding capacity requires costly upgrades across the entire system.
