Emma brings over 20 years of HR know-how to Serconnect, along with a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a real passion for people. She’s all about creating positive, balanced workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive. From shaping great company cultures to driving innovation and supporting personal development, Emma makes sure people are always at the heart of what we do.

At Serconnect, Emma leads our People & Culture strategy, handling everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, wellbeing, policy development, and team building. She’s also the go-to for all things leadership development and organisational design.

Outside the office, Emma chairs the CIPD branch in Lancashire, is a Board Trustee for Lancashire Women Charity, and is a proud mum of four (plus her Cavapoo!).
