Nicola Fairhurst

Nicola brings a wealth of experience from fast-paced, high-pressure roles, and knows exactly how to keep things running smoothly when it matters most. She now heads up the Faults Department at Serconnect, making sure every emergency call-out is handled promptly and efficiently.

From juggling the on-call rota and organising return visits for permanent repairs, to staying on top of invoicing and admin, Nicola keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, so our engineers (and our customers) are always in safe hands.

Outside of work, Nicola’s a big fan of keeping fit and is a devoted animal lover, with a special soft spot for horses.
