On standby, Serconnect will mobilise engineers quickly to attend the site, providing an action plan to make sure equipment is both safe and supplies are restored at the earliest possible point.
This could be in the form of operational switching, starting of site generation or delivery and connection of standby sets.
Once we have established a safe operations site, our team of engineers set about fault location and carry out any repairs or replacements where necessary.
For our contracted standby clients, we provide access to stored emergency equipment, mobilisation of standby generators and fuel tanks, 3-hour response time and preferential call-out charges.
Serconnect can then investigate thoroughly the root of the problem, providing a detailed report on the findings and recommendations for future prevention.
